Team Crawford v Team Jackson

The Desert Nomads Golf Club is proud to announce the details of the Slyder Cup, the club's main annual event. The Slyder Cup Invitational, a team event in the Ryder Cup format, will again be held in mile high Prescott, Arizona. Captains John Crawford and Glen Jackson will lead their squads against each other in Slyder Cup Eight to be held July 23rd through the 27th. These Captains could not be any different, setting this year's event to be unlike any other. The tentative schedule of events is as follows:

The cost for this event is $400. A $200 deposit is due by June 16th. The balance is due July 14th. The inclusive cost includes all of the following:

Dinner and cocktails at the Kickoff Dinner,
All four rounds of golf including green fees, cart fees, taxes and range balls,
Dinner and cocktails at the Champions' Dinner, and
Competition, camaraderie and lifetime memories in beautiful weather (Intellicast Forecast for Prescott).

Accomodations at the Marriott SpringHill Suites have been arranged at $119/night (plus tax) which includes breakfast. Roommates are to handle split cost amongst themselves.

As in past years becoming more popular with each year, an optional practice day is available. For approximately $100, you can add a practice round on Thursday and another night's stay. Practice round venue TBD.

This event is by invitation only with responsible participants having first right on next year's event.
