Scouting Report: Stan is no longer a rookie and is the best player to come out of the Mount Vernon Brotherhood, the Cactus Cup Nemesis of the Nomads. 'Top' is an excellent ball-striker and has a very similar game to Alex Mendoza, both make very few mistakes. Stan does not have a lot of match play experience outside the Cactus Cup but odds are he will handle it well. Both Captains would be wise to get Top on their team early.
